It works even if you are offline. Log in and your rank is applied. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, open a ticket in Discord.
Your rank follows you across the lobby and the main server, because permissions live on one shared database.
Purchases are delivered to the name you type at checkout. We cannot move a purchase that was sent to the wrong account.
Opening a chargeback against a purchase results in a permanent ban. If something went wrong, talk to us in Discord first and we will sort it out.
Separate from the ranks above, and not sold anywhere. Prestige ranks are the visible proof of playtime: a coloured tag and a custom icon in chat and the tab list. You can hold one from each ladder at the same time.
Prestige requires level 25, then 25 more each time, up to prestige 5. Each one is a permanent +25% to earnings.
