Your first point of contact. Answers questions, calms arguments, investigates griefing. Can kick, mute and warn, and has land admin tools. Cannot ban.
Moderator
Everything a Helper can do, plus banning and unbanning, and rolling back griefing. Rollbacks are reversible, which is why they sit here.
Admin
The irreversible side: restores and purges, NPC placement, nicknames and the build tools.
Owner
Runs the server and makes the design calls.

What staff will never do
- Ask for your password. Not ever, not for any reason.
- Ask you to run a command that hands them your items.
- DM you asking for account details.
- Ask you to log in to a website to “verify” your account.
If someone does any of this, report it. Impersonating staff is a ban.
Reaching us
/reportin-game is the best route. It sends the staff channel your position, what you were doing, your recent chat and a rendered map of the area, so nobody has to interview you first.- Discord tickets for anything account-related or an appeal.
- Public chat is not the place to argue a punishment. Appeals go through Discord.
