Prestige goes to 10, five new armor tiers, and faster spawners

The endgame just got bigger: prestige now goes to 10, five new armor and tool tiers above Netherite, and spawners you can speed up yourself.

Prestige up to 10, raised from 5. Five new ranks along the way: Ethereal, Celestial, Transcendent, Immortal, and Seventh. The last one shares its name with the server on purpose.
Five armor and tool tiers above Netherite: Cobalt, Titanium, Astral, Empyrean, and Seventh. Real stat bonuses on top of what Netherite already gives you, not instead of it. Buy them at /armorshop (or /armourshop), gated by prestige.
Spawner speed tiers. Shift right click a spawner you own to buy it up from 10 mobs a minute to 100.
Custom enchants now require one of the new armor tiers. Anything enchanted on plain Netherite before this update was automatically stripped and refunded.
